Features
ZX-R The new frontier in high performance. Performance, design and carbon for the new expansion chamber from LeoVince Scoot that wants to rethink its super sport.
 
Silencer: large-size stainless steel body with enlarged exit pipe. Covered in carbon fibre and attached with an Aluminium clamp.
 
Expansion chamber body: made of special 10/10 mm steel, featuring an “open” double-chamber structure covered with deadening material. Its cones (up to a maximum of 9) are TIG hand-welded. When the construction has been completed, a transparent varnish is applied that protects the expansion chamber from the elements, whilst at the same time enhancing its racing design by leaving all the welding visible.
 
Homologation: the ZX-R expansion chamber is CE marked, so it can be used on the open road. Additional equipment: The ZX-R kit also contains a set of springs and rollers to boost the variator performance according to the particular features of the exhaust and engine for which it has been developed.
 
This is a Dyno run showing the performance gained by derestricting a 2009 SR50 and adding a ZX-R pipe. An overall gain of  1.38 HP and 13 more MPH.

Great pipe/combine it Regulator-even better July 31, 2011

After a year of mostly stock drivng, this spring I put on the Regulator, this pipe and derestricked computer.  Now my '09 runs much better and does a much better job staying with traffic, and the mpg is still great.
I should have done these upgrades a year ago.  I have 11,000+ miles on the scooter, bike seems dependablel, did 150 miles yesterday and bike ran flawlessly.
I recommend this pipe (and upgrades) to everyone, it is much safer to stay with the flow of traffic.....Plus, the pipe looks cool.

This pipe is the BEST.  Great low tone, sounds like a big 4- stroke.  Very noticeable improvement in performance (faster acceleration and better top end).  I should have added this upgrade 5,999 miles ago.  A must for this scooter.  The only thing better than this pipe is HighGain’s customer service.  A++

I have a 2009 sr50 all stock.  I installed the ZX R  exhaust and rollers and the rpm went fro 8 to 8.5.   The exhaust is not any louder than the original exhaust.   Good Buy.
